Greenhouse Nights is hosted by Rikki and Angel Cortez. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit greenhousenights.com, sign up for a gathering, or use community features.

Information you share

Gathering forms collect the information you choose to provide, such as your household name, contact details, adult and child counts, food contributions, serving interests, and notes. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in optional notes.

Google sign in shares your Google account identifier, name, email address, . We will use this information to identify your membership and manage comments. Signing in will not give Greenhouse Nights access to your Gmail, Google Drive files, or Google password.

Community signup requires an email address and phone number, along with your agreement that Rikki and Angel may contact you about Greenhouse Nights. These contact details are stored privately in the website database and a private Google Sheet for community coordination. They are never displayed with public comments.

How information is used

Rikki and Angel use signup information to plan gatherings, coordinate food and serving, and contact you about gathering updates. Account information is used for sign in, community participation, and moderation. Your contact details and private form notes are not intended for public display.

Member comments are reviewed before publication. Approved comments and the member name displayed with them will be visible to website visitors. Hosts may remove inappropriate content or restrict participation.

Services that help the website work

The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting. Google Forms and Google Sheets handle gathering responses and planning. Google handles Google account authentication for community membership. OneSignal handles optional web push subscriptions and notifications, including subscription identifiers and technical browser or device information needed for delivery. These services process information under their own privacy policies.

Facebook video embeds and links to PhotoCircle or other external services may share technical information with those services when you load or visit them. Their own privacy policies and account settings apply.

Cookies, storage, and notifications

Browsers and service providers may use cookies or device storage for authentication, preferences, security, and notification delivery. You can manage site storage and permissions in your browser settings. Push notifications are optional. You can unsubscribe through the website notification controls or revoke notification permission in your browser.

Photos, videos, and children

Shared albums may contain photos or videos from gatherings. If you want an image of yourself or your child removed from this website, contact Rikki and Angel. Gathering forms ask for child counts for planning; children should not submit personal information or create community accounts independently.

Retention and your choices

Information is kept for gathering coordination and community administration while it is needed for those purposes. Contact us to request a correction, removal of a comment or image, or deletion of information you submitted. Some records may remain in service backups or where retention is required. We do not use signup or account information to sell advertising lists.
